CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Charleston rallied for a 4-3 12-inning win against Salem International University at Triana Field Saturday afternoon to get their fourth victory of the season.

Anthony Brunetti accounted for more than half of Charleston's seven hits, going 4-for-5 on the day, including a 3-run homerun that evened the game at 3-3 in the sixth inning. UC took advantage of two Tiger errors in the 12
th inning to claim the victory, with Brunetti scoring from third after
Nick Wilson hit a grounder to the Salem shortstop but the throw pulled the first baseman off of the bag as Wilson reached the base.

Charleston's
Andy Hoyer (2-1) picked up the win in eight strong innings of relief work, giving up just one run on hit Tiger hits while striking out three.Â
Adam Jafine earned the start for UC, throwing four innings of four-hit baseball, allowing two runs while fanning four Tigers before giving way to Hoyer in the fifth.

Charleston (4-9) gets back on the field tomorrow in a single nine-inning game vs. Bluefield State College at Appalachian Power Park. First pitch is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. as the Golden Eagles look to make it consecutive wins.
