ERIE, Pa. – The Golden Eagles men's tennis team came up on the short end of a top-10 regional match with Edinboro University Friday afternoon, falling 8-1 to the Fighting Scots at the Westwood Racquet Club.

UC's James Gammell was the only Charleston player to pick up a court in the loss, as the region's seventh-ranked Golden Eagles dropped to 7-6 on the 2016 season. Charleston returns to the courts Saturday afternoon to take on Mercyhurst in Erie.
