-The second game was quite the show, as each team never broke more then a three-point margin. Charleston tied the set up after registering back-to-back kills, but SHU would answer with a block assist from Dzema, and Waumans to get a 15-13 lead. The Golden Eagles continued to keep it close, tying it up at 18-18, but a kill from Delucie would spark a 4-1 run putting the set away 25-21 with SHU on top.
-The Golden Eagles started the third set on a tear, jumping to a 8-5 lead and forcing Sacred Heart to take their first timeout of the night. Santos and Rajahl Moxey led the charge with a pair of kills each.
-Sacred Heart reclaimed the lead at 13-12 as Taylor Bloomquist came up with back-to-back blocks on UC attack attempts.  The Golden Eagles couldn't regain their form from early in the set and lost the third 25-20.
