The University of Charleston Golden Eagles (5-3, 0-1 EIVA) earned a road victory over St. Andrews University (2-5) to set the program record for single season wins in its third year of program existence

-Ryan Santos added 15 kills for UC, hitting at .458 for the match.

How it Happened
-After dropping the first set to the Knights, Charleston rallied to win the next three sets and take the match in four.
-Set two was tied at 18-18 before Charleston won seven of the next eight points to take the set 25-19. Moxey was massive during the stretch, totaling three kills during the span where UC closed out the set.
-Charleston dominated set four, holding St. Andrews to just 11 points in the game. The Golden Eagle defense held the Knights to a -.240 hitting percentage in the set.
-The final set was deadlocked at 7-7 until Charleston used a 13-6 run in the middle of the game to grab control. Santos was instrumental in the UC run, coming up with four kills and a block to carry UC to the four-set victory.
