The Golden Eagles followed their Friday night straight set win over Concord with another Saturday afternoon against UVa.-Wise. Charleston used a strong serving performance that totaled 13 aces in three sets to cruise to the victory. UC's
Tori Clark (Lakeland, FL) had an impressive day on the attack, leading the Golden Eagles with nine kills on 20 attempts to hit at .350 for the match.
Kelsey Matusic (Winfield, WV) was her normal consistent self on defense, leading all players with 27 digs to extend points for the Golden Eagles while
Chloe Massaro (Naples, FL) paced UC with 19 assists and four service aces.
Jour'Ney Powell (Tomball, TX) made things difficult for Wise in the middle, as the redshirt sophomore posted four blocks from her middle blocker position.
