CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Golden Eagles cruised to victory on Wednesday against the Davis & Elkins Senators defeating their opponent 99-68.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Golden Eagles came out hot shooting 60 percent from the field, led by Drew Rackley who tallied 16 points in the first 16 minutes of play. Devon Robinson helped lead the charge with 10 points and 3 rebounds sending the two teams into the beak with Charleston up 51-23.

Coming out of the break senior Josh Floyd got the hot hand tallying 14 of his 19 points in the second half, The Golden Eagles maintained their lead through the second half sealing their 99-68 victory. Charleston improves to 2-0 on the season.
