CHARLESTON, W.Va.—The University of Charleston Golden Eagles staged a stellar come from behind victory to defeat the Walsh Cavaliers 11-10 on Tuesday evening. Down 9-7 with four minutes to go the Golden Eagles pair of Sam Youngman and Aryanna Jones scored a combined four goals to take the victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Cavaliers opened up the scoring with a goal from Emma Armour just over five minutes into play. The Golden Eagles Answered every Walsh goal with a goal of their own until Emma Armour scored to in a row giving Walsh the 6-4 lead with 2:39 to play in the half. UC's Peyton Harris took advantage of the man-up opportunity that eliminated the goal keeper to cut the Walsh lead to one goal at the end of the half.
The Golden Eagles went into the break down 6-5.
Charleston's Esther Yi tied the game up just over a minute into the second half, but less than a minute alter Becky Parker took the lead back for the Cavaliers. Emma Renda tied the game up for UC with 24:36 left in the half before Walsh scored 2 more goals to take the 9-7 advantage.
With four minutes left to play the Golden Eagles went on a 4-0 run to go up 9-11 in the second half. Emma Armour brought the score within one goal for Walsh with 1:37 to play, but the Golden Eagles held on to take the 11-10 victory and improve to 2-2 on the season. under five minutes left.

Aryanna Jones led the Golden Eagles with four goals.

Emma Armour led the Cavaliers with five goals and three assists.
