WHEELING, WV. -- The University of Charleston Golden Eagles took home first place in the MEC Spring Classic. Coming in at 301 for the round the Golden Eagles topped glided by the West Liberty Hilltoppers by six strokes. After a six-man play off that lasted five holes, Justin Westveer took first place and earned honorable mention honors with the Mountain East Conference.
