FOR STARTERS
• The Golden Eagles fell into 5th place in the MEC after falling to Notre Dame 63-53. Golden Eagle quarterback Brant Grisel led the Golden Eagle offense with 464 yards passing including three touchdowns. Grisel now owns four of the top five passing yard performances in UC history.
• WR Mike Strachan, who sits at second in Division II in reception yards, amassed over 200 yards receiving for the first time in UC history. In addition, Strachan's two TD receptions on Saturday tied him for the Division II lead in TD receptions with 10.
Tremaine Ross pulled in a career-high 186 yards receiving, making it the highest combined receiving yards between two wide receivers in the Charleston history.

ABOUT THE OPPOSITION
This will be the first ever meeting between the Golden Eagles and the Bobcats. Frostburg State, who owns an undefeated 5-0 record in conference play, has lost just three regular season games since the beginning of the 2016 season, with two of those losses coming against ranked opponents. Since 2016, the Bobcats have compiled a 36-5 record, the best in the MEC over that span of time.

Last week, Frostburg State won their fifth consecutive game after dropping the season opener to WVSU, defeating West Virginia Wesleyan 35-13 as the FSU limited Bobcats to just 35 yards rushing.

Wayne Palmer has led the way for the Bobcats on defense this season, recording 37 tackles, 6.5 TFL (33 yards), 4.0 sacks for a loss of 27 yards, while notching two fumble recoveries.
