HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- Golden Eagles men's tennis ran into a strong Triton team from University of Missouri - St. Louis on Wednesday afternoon, eventually falling 5-2 to USML.
Charleston was swept in doubles to start in a hole to the Tritons and managed just a pair of singles courts as the Golden Eagles took the loss.  Coming up with wins for UC was Alek Gracin at No. 2 singles (6-4, 6-3) and Tom Andrews at No. 4 singles in a third-set super tiebreaker (10-5).  With the loss Charleston's overall record goes to 3-2 overall on the season.
The Golden Eagles return to the court tomorrow to take on University of Illinois Springfield in their third match of the PTR Spring Tennis Fest in Hilton Head.
