CHARLESTON, W. Va. –The Golden Eagles () will open up their new home at the Welch Athletic Complex against MEC rivals Notre Dame College on Sunday. Kickoff is set for 4:00 p.m.

• The Golden Eagles are looking to improve to 2-1 on the season, after splitting their opening weekend with Ohio Valley and West Liberty.
• This will be the first meeting between the Golden Eagles and the Knights.
• Last season the Golden Eagles were 3-1-1 against non-conference opponents, giving up their first loss in the round of 16 of the NCAA Tournament. This season the Golden Eagles are 0-1 against non-conference opponents and are looking to move to 1-1.
• The Golden Eagles played their final game in Schoenbaum Stadium on Sunday night; the facility had been home to UC soccer for the past 10 seasons.
