HOW IT HAPPENED
Both teams came out in the first set ready to play with a lot of passion. Both sides were trading blows back and forth. No one could seem to get on a roll of stringing points together. In the set, UC was able to record 11 kills as well as a .385 hitting percentage. Princeton, on the other hand, was able to get off 14 kills and had a .324 hitting percentage. Despite some very even play from both teams, the Tigers were able to hold on in the end as they went on to take the set by a score of 25-21.

Princeton came out in the second set with a lot of accurate swings. They were able to add 11 kills to their total as they hit for a .579 percentage. Charleston was able to get off a lot of attacks throughout the set but were unable to cash in on a lot of them. They had nine kills on 25 attempts giving them a .120 hitting percentage. Hitting percentage seemed to be the difference in this set as the Tigers went on to take it by a score of 25-19.

The third set was well played by both teams. Princeton added 12 more kills and a .375 hitting percentage to their night while the Golden Eagles added 9 more kills to their total. Attacking errors seemed to be the chip in their armor for this set as they recorded six which ultimately put the set to rest and ended the match as Princeton went on to take it 25-22.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
Freshman Jake Vorburger led the team with eight kills as well as seven digs, Sophomore Diego Villafane was able to record 23 assists and three blocks to go with them and Sophomore Lachlan Bray had three aces in the match.
