Lakeland, Fl.- Charleston falls to the Mocs from Florida Southern 5-2 on final day of Spring Break trip.

How it Happened:
The Golden Eagles ended their Spring Break trip with a tough loss to Florida Southern College. For the first time this season, the team lost the doubles point. Rawson and Stevens won at third doubles 6-3, but the 1st and 2nd doubles teams both lost by a score of 6-4.
After losing the doubles point, Charleston then lost the first two singles matches off the court putting them at a 3-0 deficit. Jowan Rawson then won 6-3, 6-3 at number 6 singles to bring the score to 1-3. Dani Llorente (#1), Krish Patel (#4) and Lenny Stevens (#5) all went to third sets. Unfortunately for the Golden Eagles, only Krish Patel was able to win his third set producing a final score of 5-2.
Of the match Sam Clarke said "I was disappointed with the loss but today they were the better team."
Charleston finished their trip to FLorida 2-2.
