How it Happened:
Set one saw Charleston take early control, jumping out to a 10–5 lead. The Golden Eagles maintained their advantage throughout, capitalizing on errors from the Senators and steady play from their offense. When the score reached 20–13, UC went on a 4-point run to shut the door, with a kill from Abby Avila sealing the 25–15 opening set victory.

In the second frame, the Golden Eagles continued to roll. Julie Michalkova  sparked an early surge with three aces during a 9–2 run that set the tone. UC's balanced attack and aggressive serving prevented any comeback attempts, as the Senators struggled to find consistency. Charleston's poise and execution carried them to another 25–15 win, putting them up 2–0.

Set three brought a more competitive effort from Davis & Elkins, as Charleston shifted its lineup to give more players valuable court time. The Senators jumped ahead 5–1, but the Golden Eagles quickly regrouped, tying the score at 6–6 and never trailing again. Contributions from London Upchurch and Giuliana Batista helped UC maintain its lead before closing out the match with an 8–4 scoring run to secure the 25–19 win and the 3–0 sweep.
