HOW IT HAPPENED
Charleston Men's Basketball took control of the game early against the Griffins from Seton Hill, leading by at least a point the entire first half of play. Charleston's junior transfer Drew Rackley racked up 10 points in the first 20 minutes of play to give UC a 37-25 lead heading into half time. Charleston also saw a strong performance in the first half from Devon Robinson, totaling three blocks. The Golden Eagles were 40% successful from the three-point line, and went 7-9 at the free throw line.
The Golden Eagles started the second half of play in a similar manner, giving the visiting Griffins all that they could handle. Charleston's Adam Traore was a player to watch in the last half of the game, as he worked to total 16 points in his 17 minutes of play. The Golden Eagles totaled 63 points in the second half, went 18-22 in field goal attempts, 3-6 at the three-point line, and 24-28 from the free throw line, to win the game 100-76.
