Charleston, W.Va.-After another successful year of athletics and a Learfield Cup fourteenth place finish, the University of Charleston is proudly adding four more student athletes to the University of Charleston Hall of Fame.
The UC Hall of Fame is the highest form of recognition for anyone who has competed in a Golden Eagles uniform. Currently, it consists of over 160 student athletes who excelled both in their sport and in the classroom. This year's class includes Stefani Rossman (Softball), Jennifer Walters-McCormick (Women's Volleyball), Jordan Roberts (Football) and Rob Vincent (Men's Soccer).

Stefanie Ungerott (Rossman) '11 - Softball
Stefanie was an ace in the circle for UC Softball from 2008 to 2011, and she is a two time All-Region and three-time All-WVIAC honoree. As a freshman, she was fourth in the nation in wins and led the WVIAC in innings pitched, strikeouts, wins, appearances and games started.
In the NCAA All-Time Career Record Book, Stefanie leads in games played (200) and career starts (197), third in innings pitched (1,217.3), sixth in complete games (137), twenty-first in victories and tenth in strikeouts. She led the country in strikeouts in her junior year with 385 and was second in her senior year with 336. Her coaches described her as a "true definition of a workhorse," and she served as a captain for her 2010 and 2011 seasons.
In addition to her service on the field, Rossman served the student-athlete community at UC as the President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee from 2009 to 2011.
Stefanie graduated from the University of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration.
Jennifer Walters-McCormick '97 - Women's Volleyball
After two years at Clackamas Community College in Portland, Oregon, Jennifer was recruited to play by Charleston's then Head Women's Volleyball Coach and current Athletic Director, Dr. Bren Stevens.
During her first year in a Golden Eagles uniform, Walters led the nation in blocks per set at 2.67, which secured her the 1997 Division II Statistical Champion title for blocks and All-WVIAC honors.
In 1997, Jennifer helped lead her team to a 14-0 conference record and 33-5 overall record. During this season, they also had a 3-2 victory over West Virginia Wesleyan to end the Bobcats' 107 game winning streak.
Jennifer received All-Region and All-WVIAC honors in her final year as a collegiate athlete and graduated with a degree in Sports Medicine. She later returned to her alma mater where she obtained her four-year nursing degree.
Jordan Roberts '13 - Football
Jordan was a star running back for UC Football from 2010 to 2012. Throughout his time at Charleston, he was awarded All-WVIAC First Team and Offensive Player of the Year honors as a senior, WVIAC First Team and Second Team All American honors as a junior and WVIAC Second Team honors as a sophomore.
In his final game as a Golden Eagle, Jordan shattered the NCAA Division II record for most rushing yards in a quarter (190) and most rushing yards in a half (273) on his way to a single-game school record 301 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns (despite playing only 1 offensive series in the 2nd half). Jordan is the all-time leading rusher in school history, racking up 3,383 yards in his 3 years at the University of Charleston.
Jordan graduated from the University of Charleston with a bachelor's degree in 2013.
Robert Vincent '13 - Men's Soccer
Robert called the Welch Athletic Complex home for four years, playing as a midfielder for UC Men's Soccer from 2009 to 2012. He is a three time All-American, two-time WVIAC Player of the Year, four-time First Team All-WVIAC, four-time First Team All-Region and WVIAC Freshman of the Year.
In his first year at Charleston, the Golden Eagles claimed the regular season and conference tournament title and advanced to the NCAA Elite 8. As a sophomore, Robert was named team captain and helped propel his team to three regular season championship titles, three conference tournament championship titles and an NCAA Sweet Sixteen appearance in 2010.
Robert graduated from the University of Charleston with a degree in Sports Information.
