Box Score Bridgeport, W.Va. - University of Charleston Women's Lacrosse player Esther Yi (Suwanee, GA) was named this week's Defensive Player of the Week. 

Yi, a freshman from Suwanee, Ga., caused five turnovers and scooped up nine ground balls as the Golden Eagles battled Siena Heights into overtime before eventually falling to the Saints 10-9. The nine ground balls and five caused turnovers were career-bests for Yi.
