CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Golden Eagle men's and women's track teams took team titles at the 7
th annual Golden Eagle Invitational on Saturday evening at University of Charleston Stadium.
The UC women edged out Glenville State, 117-116, to earn the team championship. Charleston was led by Jamaicia James' Golden Eagle Invitational record-setting performance, setting meet records in the 200m and 400m dash events. She was also part of the 4x400m relay team that also eclipsed the previous GEI record of 4:17 with a 4:14 time to take the event.
