Box Score CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Golden Eagles closed out their 2019 regular season schedule with a 0-0 win over the Concord Mountain Lions, sending their seniors off with the win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Just over 20 minutes in the first half, it was
Adam Burchell who sailed a ball from close range to the back of the net. Later, with 13:04 left to play in the half, Jesus Cabanas connected with
Gabriel Rodriguez who headed the ball to the top left corner of the net thus settling the Golden Eagles with a 2-0 lead.
Heading into the break the Golden Eagles held an 8-1 shot advantage over the visitors.
After the break the Mountain Lions sat in on defense but allowed the Golden Eagles to fire off four additional shots before
Joao Lima fired a ball from the top of the box for the 3-0 lead with 28 minutes to play.
Five minutes later,
Christopher Allan slipped the ball to
Adam Robinson who finished it for a 4-0 lead, narrowly beating the Concord goalkeeper.
With just under six minutes to play in regulation
Ettore Ballestracci played a ball to
Christos Charalambous , who finished it into the low corner for the 5-0 lead for Charleston.
Finally, in the 89
th minute after a free kick bounced around in the box, it was once again Charalambous who finished the ball for the 6-0 victory over the Mountain Lions.
