ATHENS, W.Va.–The University of Charleston men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Concord XC Invitational. The women's team finished second with 42 points, just behind Concord University. Nadia Calore led the way, finishing 6th in 21:43.3, followed by Abigail Anderson in 7th (21:46.4) and Indiyah Spetnagel in 9th (22:56.3).
The men's team placed third with 75 points, finishing behind Concord and Davis & Elkins. Louis Starr was the top performer, finishing 14th with a time of 27:27.8, while Ashton Weaver placed 18th in 27:40.6.
