White, a 21-year-old from Bedford, Ohio, is a redshirt junior at the University of Charleston with one more year of basketball eligibility.  In addition to playing basketball, he is the project manager for the Complete Count [census] Committee for the city of Charleston, as part of an internship experience with city government.

He is also working on a Masters in Business Administration and Leadership (MBAL) at the UC Graduate School of Business. He is part of a fast-track program that allows undergraduate business students to begin work on a master’s degree without having to complete a bachelor’s program.

This season, the Golden Eagles were 15 and 7 in the WVIAC conference.  White averaged 11.7 points and 10 rebounds per game, and was named the winner of the Springer Award for individual sportsmanship at the WVIAC Tournament.
