The University of Charleston won the Golden Eagle Invitational for the fourth consecutive year. Leading the way for the Golden Eagles was Molli Cunningham who took the track by storm winning the 100m high hurdles and 400m hurdles in meet record fashion. Cunningham also anchored the 4x400m relay to a new meet record. Maitri Pansania continued her progressive season breaking the meet and school record in the triple jump. Pansania was also the top collegiate finisher in the long jump. Amber Logan finished a strong day capping off a victory and new meet record in the discus throw while teammate Timmyra Morrow won the hammer throw. Brittany Green won the 5k setting the meet record. Emily Bokanovich was once again on top in the javelin throw, winning the competition for the third year in a row. The 4x100 relay team of Emily Bokanovich, Lindsey McClintic, Kathleen Cornell, and Maria Castillero won the 4x100m relay while the 4x400m relay of Emily Bokanovich, Erica Comer, Lindsey McClintic, and Molli Cunningham won breaking the meet record.
 
Final Scores of the meet had the Golden Eagles on top 214, Concord 126, Alderson Broaddus 121, and Glenville 60.
