Coratello, a 1978 graduate of Morris Harvey College, was inducted into the Golden Eagle Sports Hall of Fame in 1992. 

During he four years on the basketball team she was named WVIAC All-Conference, All-Tournament and a letter winner for each year. She played at both the WVIAC Conference and Midwest Regional Tournament all 4 years. She played in the Pan Am Games – Tryout Invitational, had the most points scored in game 46, was a member of the 1000 point club with a carrier point total of 2027 and had the most steal in game 13.
